Religion: Holy Thursday (Maundy Thursday)
is the day Jesus instituted the Priesthood and the Eucharist.
The word Eucharist means Thanksgiving. Think of a priest you would would like to write a thank you note.
You may use handwriting paper, a thank you note you have at home, type it and print it at home.
After quarantine is over you may deliver your note to the priest.
Please place the thank you note in assignment pictures to submit at the end of the day.

Math: Word Problem Review p.69-70 These are two step math problems. Remember to show work along with the answer.

Daily Writing Prompt: Use your 5 senses to write about spring.

Daily Writing Prompt: Where would you go if you had a hot air balloon? Focus on good handwriting, complete sentences, punctuation, and capitulation. 3-5 sentences.
Social Studies/Science: Read your Scholastic News (Elephants) Discuss with an adult. (DO NOT ANSWER the back, that will be Thursday)
Religion: Review prayer packet with a parent. Reread St. Patrick sheet and answer the St. Patrick Review sheet.

Daily Writing Prompt: Make a list of things that change and grow in the spring.
Social Studies/Science: Reread Scholastic paper and answer questions on the back. (all questions)
D.E.A.R. time: This is independent reading that occurs in the classroom. The students select a book of choice and find a comfortable spot in the classroom and silently read for 15 minutes. I play quiet instrumental music in the background to assist in focus.
Religion: Write a prayer and draw a picture.
Phonics: sort words by: ew, ui, ue, oo

Daily Writing Prompt: Write a story about what you would find at the end of a rainbow.
Social Studies/Science: Research with an adult who is the leader of our state and our country. Write their names down and list if they are the state leader/country’s leader.
D.E.A.R. time: 15 minutes of reading. Weather permitting you may want to read outside! 😊
Religion: Write a prayer to Jesus. Ask for a specific prayer and intention(s). Talk to your parents and find a mass online that you and your family can join this Sunday.
